About the Instructors
All of our instructors are fully certified and experienced. They have certification from the NRA, USCCA, and, in most cases, NYS DCJS.

NRA Training/USCCA Handgun Basics Course Prerequisites
For this class, you will need the following items
- A NY State Pistol Permit
- A working firearm (which must be listed on your NY Permit)
- 100 rounds of ammunition (minimum)
- Eye and ear protection
- Proper footwear for the range (No flip-flops, thongs, crocs, slippers, etc)
- A notebook
- Water, snacks, and lunch
