On the range, you’d work on running a live fire course, managing shooters, learning how to stage your material and gear, set up the range to be more conducive to safety, refine your own shooting and gun handling skills to have efficient demo’s, and to learn more effective diagnostics so you can streamline your time and interaction with each shooter.
Anyone wishing to attend will be need to submit a 10 minute video of them presenting a topic. Any topic. They will also need to send a short video series of themselves on the range performing the following: Draw to first shot, reloading, malfunction clearing of a failure to fire, and reholstering. Each person will receive a customized feedback and evaluation as a result.
