Required Equipment:
For this class, you will need the following items:


  • Comfortable clothing (jeans or sweats), T shirt or sweatshirt, and sneakers.

  • No high heels, sandals, flip flops, or hard-soled shoes.

  • You will be working in close proximity with others, so good grooming and appropriate clothing is appreciated.

College Safety and Self Defense. You owe it to yourself to be safe and worry free while at school, out and about, or anywhere!

With the recent increase of crimes at schools and colleges involving everything from vehicle break ins to assaults to sexual assaults, it’s time to take control of your own safety and learn how to become your own bodyguard.

We will also cover some easy and important information and skills to do if an armed attacker enters the school or if you are involved in a mass casualty incident.

Wouldn’t it allow you some peace of mind to know that you could defend yourselves if you had to?

High School and College safety situations will be discussed.
